Last month of outdoor paddling...

Hard to believe we are nearing the end of the season. This weekend we are heading up to a fun festival in Rawdon, QC with a mixed crew that we just adore... then training hard for our final competition of the year - the Quebec Cup, in mid-September. Then three weeks off and BANG BANG BANG for the start of the indoor season. Back to fit tests, killer circuits and scrutiny in the indoor pool. And winter weather.. YUK. Trying not to think about that just yet tho!
